Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For your convenience, you may exchange merchandise you purchased online at our retail store in the A.F. Valmont Plaza, Laborie Street, Castries. Make sure to take your original sales receipt and merchandise packaging. All exchanges must be done within 7 days in the original condition. However, if you are unable to find a suitable item to facilitate an exchange, a store credit will be issued. Store credits must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase.

Absolutely no cash refunds.

Layaway Policy

We at Oh Baby Boutique are happy to accommodate your purchases through our layaway program. However, terms and conditions apply. Please note the following:

1. A 50% deposit is required to start any layaway.
2. The deposit and subsequent payments are non-refundable.
3. The layaway amount must be a minimum of $50.
4. The length of our layaway plan is 90 days from the date of deposit.
5. Layaway plans cannot be extended.
6. You may make payments at any time during the 90-day period.
7. Any unclaimed items will be sold after the 90-day period has elapsed.
8. Layaway is not available on sale/discounted items. Additionally, they cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons.
9. There will NO exchanges on layaway items.
10. Discounts cannot be applied to layaway items.
